Hi, hey, hello!
I cannot believe it's already November. This semester seems to be flying by! Thank you to those who helped at the Halloween parade: Mrs. Twente, Mr. & Mrs. Ballard, Sue Walker, Mrs. Meyers, Mrs. Arnold, Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Mikoff, Mr. & Mrs. Conn, Mr. & Mrs. Nolte, Mrs. Wood, and Mrs. Gross! Saturday, Nov. 6 - 2nd Round of FB Play-Offs Our football team has made it to round 2 of the play-offs and they have a home game next Saturday, November 6. We have been asked to perform our pre-game routine (the National Anthem, school song, tunnel, cadences). The game starts at 5pm, so call time will be 4:15pm with the performance being at 4:45pm. Dismissal will be after pre-game is wrapped up. Dress will be SCHOOL COLORS! Due to this event not being on the original schedule, the excused absence policy will be adjusted accordingly on a case-by-case basis. I'm hoping that since the requirement is such a short time commitment, most students will be able to make it. Communication is required from a parent/guardian with a reason for the absence. Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm sorry about the last minute addition; there is truly no way of knowing how well our team will do - and they are doing GREAT this season! Butter Braid Forms & Payment These are due TOMORROW, Monday, November 1. Plan on dropping these off to either Mr. Juergemier or me tomorrow. Pick-up is next Tuesday, November 9 from 2:30pm-6pm. Vendor Fair The Fine Arts Boosters will have a table at the Vendor Fair on November 6 and 7 at CM. If you are willing and interested to work a shift at this, please sign up HERE. Pep Band Dates (Updated) For approximate start times, you can reference the band calendar, found HERE. We will be having some pep band rehearsals as we get closer to November 29, but they will more than likely happen during study hall. The dress for pep band is the band polo with jeans/black pants.
